About Us

Elevated dining. Genuine hospitality.

Serving Bethlehem since 2002

For more than two decades, Edge has been part of downtown Bethlehem’s dining scene. Today, we’re bringing a fresh perspective to that history—thoughtful food, genuine hospitality, and an atmosphere that feels elevated without feeling formal.

At the heart of Edge is our scratch kitchen, where our culinary team prepares each dish with care and attention to detail. Our menu features contemporary New American cuisine, balancing familiar favorites with modern creations, complemented by a thoughtfully curated wine list and handcrafted cocktails.

That same attention to detail carries from our kitchen into the dining room. We believe great hospitality is thoughtful, attentive, and genuine—polished without feeling rehearsed. From the food we prepare to the way we welcome and care for our guests, every detail contributes to the experience.

Whether you’re joining us for dinner, brunch, Happy Hour with cocktails and Bar Bites, or gathering with us for a private event or special celebration, our goal is simple: to make every visit feel welcoming, memorable, and distinctly Edge.

Thoughtfully crafted. Genuinely welcoming. Distinctly Edge.

A Bethlehem Favorite Since 2002

Over the years, Edge has been recognized by local and regional publications and organizations, including Morning Call Readers’ Choice Awards, Lehigh Valley Style Restaurant Awards, OpenTable Diners’ Choice, and the Bethlehem Chamber. Visited with my mother on a Tuesday evening - no reservation required since a weeknight. The host/manager graciously cleaned up the outdoor patio seating area for us, as it had been closed because of rain earlier in the day. In the meantime, we got ourselves a drink at the bar (pictured below) - I had the Blueberry Honey Fizz, which was incredibly refreshing. My mother had the Cucumber Mint Gimlet - another delicious cocktail. Adam was the bartender, and it was evident he made the drinks very well and with love. For appetizers, we shared the hearts of romaine (caesar salad) and the spicy chicken lettuce wraps - both hit the spot in terms of taste and quality. As for our entrees, we both ordered the lump crab cakes. The crab cakes themselves, easily some of the best I've had across my lifetime from a restaurant. The crab is fresh, quality, and flavorful. The only critique I could make for this dish is that the wasabi napa slaw was not fresh, but limp - which changes the experience entirely. And then the potato gratin was not cooked the best either. But other than that - food was great. To finish the meal off, we chose the hummingbird cake which is a banana and pineapple bread/cake that has cream cheese icing on top. Chefs kiss to that one, especially because it was gluten free. They have some designated gluten free dishes, as well as vegetarian options on the menu. Our server was top notch as well, cannot remember her name, but she did a great job. Overall I would give this place a 4.5/5. Highly recommend, it's in the main historic district of Bethlehem - you can go for a stroll afterwards. Don't play with the parking, the parking authorities are on top of it here lol.
