My husband and I chose to celebrate our wedding anniversary at Edge, last night. It was a perfect choice! The staff was attentive, the atmosphere was “date night” perfect, and the food and drinks were exceptional! We were seated by the window and appreciated the view. We enjoyed our meal and drinks and the complimentary champagne and dessert at an intimate candlelit table. The calamari was excellent! My husband had a Thai chicken dish that he enjoyed. My filet was cooked to perfection! He remembered the name of the wine that he had because it was so good that he wants to buy a case! I had the fall sangria and loved it! Everything was delicious!

Thoughtful service with a special energy and personable connection by servers and managers. Well composed menu and execution is world class. Tuna tartare (get it spicy) the kind of plate you will want to get again and again. Creative cocktail list and deep offerings of quality liquors. So easy to get to, definitely a Bethlehem top destination for dining.

Contemporary upscale without stuffy feel. They also have outdoor dining. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Fresh ingredients lots of complex flavor. Plates are as pleasing to the eye as they were to the palate. We almost didn’t order the escargot because my husband doesn’t like blue cheese. I asked if they can prepare it without, and they did. So don’t be afraid to ask. Drinks were very good, beer ice cold. I can’t wait to come back and try the truffle burger!

Food is always great here no matter you get. It is always fresh. I come here all the time. Never had bad service. Always have great specials. I always get the pork belly to start. The burger is great, the duck delicious. You honestly cant go wrong here.

Came here for an anniversary dinner with my girlfriend and everything was great. Service was prompt and server was very attentive. The food was the best i have had in a restaurant. I recommend Edge to everyone looking for a great dinning experience.
